Have experienced Fenn Wright as both a buyer and a seller. The valuation given was £50K under what was achieved with another estate agent (multiple offers). As a buyer I called to book a viewing, I called twice on a Thursday and had no answer. Emailed on the Thursday and it was replied to on Friday afternoon saying they couldn't make the time I requested and could I do another time. I said the times I was free that week and I never heard from them despite chasing it up. The said house is still on the market now.

Ben was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent throughout the sale of our seafront character flat. The whole team were approachable, helpful and informative. Viewings were arranged with suitable potential buyers and any issues with getting buyers was to do with the turbulent mortgage market at the time. There wasn't an instance where I was unable to contact somebody at the office.

Progression was as smooth as can be for a flat and a stressful experience was made much less than the nightmare it could have been.
