This was my first appointment at FHP Coppull, great communication and information in the run up to the appointment. I saw Sophie, the Dental Therapist, who was so welcoming and put me at ease straight away. She took time to explain what she was doing and why, which was genuinely refreshing. I then saw John who was very informative and explained perfectly about what my options were. All in all a pleasant experience at every touch point, from reception to clinicians. Thank you.

Excellent as always! I’ve been coming here for years and the experience has always been positive.
Had to cancel and re arrange twice prior to this appointment and the receptionist was very understanding and accommodating.
On this occasion I saw Tracy, the hygienist. Tracy is excellent, very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, as all the staff are.
Would highly recommend!

Root canal treatment. Lovely dentist. Superb equipment specifically for the job of root canal. Kept informed all the way through and able to watch on screen. I would highly recommend.

I needed root canal treatment which I've never had before and was worried that I may not have been able to go through with it. John performed the procedure and was excellent, it wasn't haft as bad as people had said due to John's obvious skill and experience.

Lovely friendly practice. Sophie is a caring hygienist who is brilliant at her job, always checking if you’re ok.
Dentist John is an absolute perfectionist. Love listening to his views and advice. Such a pleasant experience in the practice overall as the girls who work there are all lovely.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to have a crown re-glued back. For approximately 10min work to complete the cost was £85.
I have been a regular patient at Coppull Dental practice since it was opened for regular checks and hygienist. To be charged such an extortionate price it was quite beyond belief.
