As a new business I hadn't ever had to do my own finances, I looked around and decided on Finance First Lady as they was local to me. Sarah took away all my anxiety/stress I was worrying about doing my books, she explained everything clearly and told me step by step how to do everything, from receipts, invoices, what I should add as expenditure. I contacted Sarah after realising my husband and I had an issue with the Child Benefit payments that we had received. I didn't realise there was an income cap on your eligibility and learnt this by shear accident. I became super anxious to discover this was a problem to us and immediately went into panic mode. I lost ALOT of sleep!!!

Sarah was absolutely fabulous at explaining everything and gave us plenty of her time and lots of updates along the way. By the time she had worked her magic, it was not as bad as we expected. During the process we even discovered that my husband was able to claim his fuel costs back so we actually ended up a few pennies up.
