After a death in the family this company started contacting family members claiming to be acting under instruction & on behalf of the deceased . This was simply not true . Not one family member had engaged their services in any way whatsoever . The company sent out misleading and untruthful communications with a view to getting their services engaged and thereby making themselves some money .
It's interesting that they didn't contact direct family members who were in possession of a will ,but pursued cousins instead,therefore being selective in who they pursued.
This is an unregulated industry which clearly needs regulation since claiming to act on the deceased's behalf is a blatant lie forged to fool people into believing something which is simply not true.
It is a despicable,low and ghoulish act designed to illicit cash from unsuspecting members of the public who are likely to be fooled into believing they are getting something that they are not entitled to,but will part with their hard earned cash before being told that is the case.
