Myself and my soon to be ex-husband used Caroline Friend to ensure our children’s need and feelings were meet when agreeing their short term and long term childcare. Caroline is an excellent mediator, and helped us discuss and agree difficult issues, and helped us focus on what is important rather than point scoring. I would highly recommend Focus Mediation and Caroline Friend. Caroline also gave me a book on divorce, which I found really helpful to understand the different stages people go through, it gave me a lot of comfort and understanding.

My experience of Ms Banham-Hall was very poor. I am heavily involved in property litigation as a commercial surveyor and some forms of ADR. Her grasp of basic financial concepts was floored and her ability to collate evidence for a mediation hap hazard and shoddy. I was asked on at least 2 occasions to provide evidence I had already provided. Men beware! Whilst in mediation Ms Banham-Hall turned to my ex and said 'every time you see him in the house it must be like picking a scab'. Not a comment conducive to the resolution of a dispute! There were other things that I could mention but space and time does not allow. Also I have other non corroborated reports of men suffering at her hands. If you are a man then I would avoid.

Absolutely awful. No empathy. After cancelling an appointment due to ill health, I was put under pressure for an immediate appointment or my file would be closed. I could not believe the cold hearted attitude of the mediator

Very unprofessional email received from Nicole. Wouldn’t want to work with someone this arrogant especially when it’s something so important that has to do with my children. I will avoid this company
