Had my laptop sreen changed here - and the service is exactly like advertised, exceptional. Paul was the initial contact and he explained the different options available. I chose Fast Track, which indeed is fast. Perfect as I had to use the laptop for work the next evening. I'll be back! 🙂

Took my PC in for diagnosis and repair after i had exhausted my own knowledge on a tricky issue.
Paul waa great, kept me informed of diagnostic progress and was very helpful discussing repair options once the issue was identified.

I was advised too take my sons laptop here by my sister and her husband we had tried all sorts too fix it but nothing worked.
I took my sisters advice and took it here, it was a little bit out of my way so I was reluctant too however it was completely worth the trip!!!
My sons laptop was fixed within 24 hours in fact they had fixed it within about 5!!! The service was really really good! The price was a fair price also £99 and that is with an antivirus and some other perks!!! The staff all really polite and well presented, absolutely lovely manner and customer service skills!!!
I would highly recommend them and will use them from now on.
It’s been a pleasure keep up the good work.

Excellent team, very happy thank you.
I was experiencing issues with my laptop and had taken it to two other places who both told me different things and that it was not repairable. I enquired at Forum Computers and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and quickly started a plan for a repair. I was very nervous as I don't know anything about computers myself but they made the whole process extremely easy. I was very pleased with the value for money and thought for the service I received it was very fair. Also, in total the whole repair was completed in a short time which was great for me as I am reliant on my laptop. I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Thank you so much.

Absolutely lovely and really helpful staff!! I came in wanting to replace my battery in my phone and pick up a quadcopter and my service was quick and friendly !!! James especially was very helpful to me as he took me through the entire set up stage and explained the software brilliantly! 10/10 would definitely recommend for any computer / tech related issues. Never need a computer repair company before as I'm fairly IT literate and have always been sceptical about them. However I was more than plesently surprised, great staff, very knowledgeable, fast and best of all very reasonable prices. Many thanks guys.

Had another issue so decided to revisit to save my blood pressure. Very pleased to so they were as good as they were the first time. So can add consistent to their accolades. Thanks again guys
