Wouldn't recommend, we were very dissatisfied with the whole experience firstly they book the survey well aware of our deadline and we’re late sending the report back in time. I give credit to Paul who took over and got our report but after no replies for a week or so.

The pricing is very misleading and even after phoning and speaking for clarification the invoice was totally different than the cost we were advised (we were advise you'd be billed for one for two cost NOT both).

After relaying this back we were made out to be stupid and confused by there team across there head office and Exeter depot, with no help at all or care toward their paying customer.

I wouldn't bother phoning as many times we were met with a very unwelcoming and unprofessional answer, followed by being placed on hold and then cut off. This has been fed back via email but a reply is still pending.

The survey it’s self was very rudimental, solely based on assumptions of what they can see from ground level. We had to provide them with measurements and details they couldn’t provide. We were left feeling the sole aim of the service is to try and upsell/book you in for another survey in which they can charge you extra.
