We used Frank Innes after a poor experience previously with an online agent. We put our house on the market with Frank Innes after 25 years of living in the same house, so to say we were unsure of the process was an understatement but we have found everyone we engage with at Bingham extremely supportive and helpful, never showing frustration at the multiple questions we ask. We booked in with this agency to view a property and asked if we could move the viewing to an earlier to due to other commitments. We were then sent a postcode for the property which took us to the incorrect address. The agent called us and we explained that their postcode had sent us to the wrong location and that we were a few minutes away. We used the Rightmove property location map to find the address and were 7 minutes late. The agent answered the door and told us we would now need to wait 5 minutes as another viewing had turned up early. We waited for 15-20 minutes before knocking on the door again and explaining that we booked it for a specific time due to other commitments and were told very rudely "well, you were late" to which I replied "yes, by 7 minutes" and was then told to wait outside again. I also had my two young children with me and because she refused to wait, we could not view the property we had made the trip to see. Needless to say the agents attitude as a representative of this company has made us never want to deal with this agent again.

I Recently moved home through letting agents Frank Innes, the whole process happened very quickly and easily, with the help of a young lady named Calsie from the Bingham office.
She was very attentive in guiding me through it from beginning to end.
I had no problems reaching her whenever I had a question or query and a slight hiccup we came across (my error on some paperwork) was easily resolved.
I would be more than happy to use them Frank Innes in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I own a house that is rented through this company, I would not recommend them to anyone. The tenants have never paid on time, and have been served notice to vacate the property but the Frank Innes office have done nothing at all to assist me in the process, including not informing me that the tenants are still in the property one month after they should have vacated. There have been no property inspections for years and the house is now in a terrible state and will need full renovations.
