If I could give 10 stars, it still wouldn’t reflect the unbelievable service that Frank offers, therefore I’ll have to put 5 as it’s the maximum I can give!

I was arrested and charged on the offence of Drunk in Charge of a Motor Vehicle in October 22, I then chose to give Frank a call after extensive research online, seeing his reviews were exceptional with a lot of the feedback being in reference to similar charges as my own.

Upon speaking to Frank, I knew he was the person I wanted to represent me. He came across as honest and upfront with a no-nonsense approach.

He believed I had a case to put forward to the prosecution, even when I doubted it under the circumstances, however, due to the repercussions a Guilty verdict would have on my livelihood, I had to trust Frank with his experience and expertise. A guilty verdict would ultimately mean a criminal conviction, no license, the loss of my job and furthermore house potentially with huge implication to myself and partners future, however, in comes Super Frank to save the day.

Frank explained the charges, costs for his service and procedure transparently, completely putting me at ease from the get-go.

Frank also explained what we required from an evidence standpoint, to have the best possible chance of success and how best to achieve this. Furthermore, he kept me updated on information coming back from the CPS and next steps.

From an arrest and charge in October 22, a not guilty plea in December 22 followed by two cancelled Trials in February 23 and again in May 23, the process seemed never ending and more stressful the longer it went on, however again, Frank was there to reassure me and keep me at ease throughout the process.

When it came to the Trial in August 23, Frank blew me away with knowledge of the law, the way he presented my case and the way he conducted himself in Trial was exemplary. He also blew away the prosecution in his closing summary in which the way he articulated and put my case across to the judges was executed to perfection.

Long behold, after almost a year of stress and worry, we achieved success with a ‘Not Guilty’ verdict, which meant I kept my full license, did not receive a criminal conviction, did not even receive a single point on my license, which I thought near on impossible prior to approaching Frank. Not to mention, Frank also advised that I would receive some money back that I had put into this case due to the ‘Not Guilty’ outcome, which was just the icing on the cake of his unbelievable service.

I would recommend Frank to anyone, the outcome he achieved means so much to me and my partner and will be forever in his debt.

Frank was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of potential defenses in relation to my offense.
Even though i was an awkward client to deal with (asking a million questions/testing lots of different scenarios) Frank remained cool, calm and collected even when we were up against very tight time constraints (my fault) right before the hearing. His presence and demeanor was very calming.
He went above and beyond the call of duty to get a couple of additional bail offenses dropped and we scored the minimum / best possible outcome given the circumstances.
