I would not use this service I emailed them asking if they was all trained and registered the CEO of freeflow contacted myself back was very rude and would not give me any information Beware of this charity it probably doesn’t even comply to data protection laws etc and won’t go on your NHS records I will be complaining to the NHS about this also more poor service and neglect from the NHS I don’t know who from the NHS is doing this to patients but in my opinion they need sacked

Emailed them and filled out the application form in December 2021 never heard anything back. Currently march 2023.

This kind of neglect from a service dealing with the mentally vulnerable and those struggling with potentially harmful thoughts is disgusting.
