Only open 2 hours in the morning, not an acceptable timeframe to collect potentially important parcels, please provide one member of staff all day, really not that hard, you need to improve your service Royal Mail!

Absolutely bad service. 30 flats in our sheltered accommodation and not 1 letter has been delivered in over a week . A different postman delivered in our road but not the sheltered housing complex. How can you say that out of 30 properties not one person had no mail for over a week . I will not believe that.
Pandemic or not this needs sorting, elderly residents have missed vital hospital appointments and drs because no one can be bothered.
