This little shop has a great atmosphere, very friendly, clean and even has a post office.
From the outside to does not look much, well it looks like an old rundown workshop and it has no disabled ramp to get on, but inside its like Dr Who's Tardis.
It's much larger than you expect and has a full range of wines and spirits, fresh food, baked goods etc that you would normally see in a supermarket.
It also has parking, so it's easy to pop in if you need something and plenty of staff so you don't end up waiting too long to be served.

I use the SPAR shop and Post Office several times a month. The staff are fantastic and always stop to answer any questions, or have a quick chat if they are not too busy. There is a good selection of gift cards and stationery items, plus all the usual SPAR items, newspapers, Lottery, etc. The Post Office is very useful, as I am also able to do all my Banking here. There is a cash machine on the premises too.

The staff in the Spar and post office are really friendly and helpful. I use the Post office facilities for change for the hotel I work at and the staff are fantastic and make that job a lot easier. They are a credit to the company

Not much one can say about it... It's a Spar and post office, carries the usual basics. Inside is clean and bright but the outside is in dire need of a spruce up as are the majority of buildings in Frizington.
