We requested a Homebuyers report from Rob. He arranged the survey quickly and efficiently, and took the time to find out if there were any particular parts of the property we had concerns about. The survey report he prepared was thorough, detailed, easy to understand and incredibly helpful. Not only that, but he sent it to us literally the day after the survey! He also clarified issues we were unsure of. Excellent service in every way.

He was always available to contact through email, even when he was on holiday. His report was apt and comprehensive providing a substantial detailed report the day he did the inspection. A very efficient and thorough service, I recently had a bereavement in the family and required a valuation of a property for probate purpose. Previously I contacted a different surveyor which said they would contact me and book a day to get it done, 3 weeks later I heard nothing from them. Rob contacted me straight away after filling out a form on his website to talk me through his services/quotations. He booked me in straight away and once the survey was complete sent an extremely comprehensive report within 24 hours of the survey. This included a lot of detail as well as pictures.
As well as receiving the report within 24 hours, Rob also gave me a ring to talk through it and explain in more detail his findings. This was definitely appreciated being a first time buyer and never having one of these reports before.

I was drawn to Frost Surveyors after reading an earlier review in which they mentioned the quick turnaround from survey to report (1 to 2 days). This was of the utmost importance to me as I had decided to get a Homebuyer Survey just days before completion. Rob certainly didn't let me down as his thorough and detailed report was in my inbox on the same day of the survey. Rob even had the task of talking around the vendor, who had initially refused him access to the property for an unknown reason! Highly professional and would definitely recommend.
