If your after fast service forget it! and if you calling 50 minutes before there close time because you ringing after you finished work they just let the phone ring so u wasted your time! also they always say they sent your payslips over when they HAVENT !... after using them for years I'd of loved to have left a nice review unfortunately honestly caused me to write otherwise BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM FOR DAYS TO NO JOY

I had an absolutely terrible experience with future link.

They refused to pay my Statutory maternity pay which caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, as I had no income during the start of my maternity leave. When I pushed back and tried to get them to pay what I was owed, they threatened to claim back all the money from myself if it were to go to court. This was a completely unacceptable way to treat an employee.

In the end, I had to go through the HMRC dispute service to get the money that was rightfully owed to me. This was an incredibly time-consuming and stressful process that I would not wish on anyone. It is shocking that a company would treat their employees in such a manner, especially when it comes to a legally mandated benefit like SMP.

I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this umbrella company to think twice. Their lack of respect and support for their employees is appalling. I would never work with them again, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs.
