I went to Futures when I lost my job in hope that they could do something for me asap. I had an amazing Employment Advisor who saw so much potential in me after feeling so down trodden and useless from my last employment. Futures became more like a family to me, I could off load and the staff were just wonderful, each giving me hope and light at the end of the tunnel. I can just go in there now and say HI to my little family and have a laugh for ten minutes and come out feeling good about myself. Well done staff and my Advisor Derrick. From AG

They are supposed help people get back into work but I've discovered that they are as judgemental, unhelpfull cowboys! I was told, futures will refund any bus fares.... That's if you've got a return. If they don't do a return. Tough! I'm a 46 year old man. This Futures place is supposed to show trust & support to give us self confidence.... But you judgment oafs won't trust a 46 old man with £2 bus ticket. Pathetic! They were rubbish too. I had about 6 different workers. Amateur outfit at are ripping people off.i bet admin are fiddling the money!

Was very unimpressed with the non service provided by Damien Harris to cut a long story short he was very dismissive, patronising, belittling and rushed the hour long appt (I was out in half hr) took all my details and promised to help as I was after a job which had an imminent closing date. Not heard a thing since . AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡

Great place to help people with a whole host of issues trying to find work or placement. Bit annoying there's no wifi there...can't get an appointment due to a high volume of other people doing the same.

I go with a friend to wait for them my friend wasn't seen on time kept waiting being passed from advisor to advisor avoid like the plague
