I was unfortunate enough to became a client of Galloways when they acquired my previous accountant. The service I received was awful. Most of the work seems to be done by unqualified juniors with no proper oversight. Every year they increased their fees but I only found out about this when I received the invoice. No sense of customer service at all. I really don’t think they care. This year I will submit my own personal and company accounts. This sounds like a lot of work but is actually less stressful and time consuming than having Galloways do it. And a lot cheaper!
