I cannot thank the team at garrison garage enough for there time and patience on getting my Landrover back on the road. For what turned out to be a big job - there Meticulous attention to detail and professionalism to get it right has been exemplary.

I was kept updated through the process which was brilliant - very polite and helpful staff all round.

Further more, the kindness they had shown in supplying me with a temp vehicle whilst the car was under repair - which was clear they did not have to do. Which highlights those that work at Garrison garage genuinely care about their customers.

Thanks again to all - never have I came across a more fair , professional and helpful staff and garage.

I was charged £70 for an aircon re-gas that didnt work, basically paid them £70 to park my car for an hour. Kwik fit doesnt charge you for a re-gas if it doesnt work.
Never mind garrison garage is up money and im down ?

Popped in to see when they could book me in for the tyre repair. Half an hour later I'm driving away with it all sorted. Very polite and helpful.

Defo recommend and will be back if I ever need anything more ?

A shocking experience. Took my car for MOT, told them the button on the handbrake had recently broken and just needed glueing. They then failed fhe MOT on this, had to be without a car all weekend, and told me it would cost £327 for a whole new handbrake. I had to walk there, buy a £3 pot of glue from Tesco, and fix it myself. It then passed. These cowboys were trying to con me out of over £300. Absolute cowboys. Stay away anyone who has a car, and especially any of my military friends who I’ll be giving the same advice to.

If I could rate them zero I would. Wanted 2 specific repairs. They had the vehicle the whole day and the repairs weren’t done but they charged me for a vehicle inspection which I didn’t ask for nor authorised. Belittling, rude and would advise to go elsewhere.

My power steering had failed, after trying my usual garages that I use in the area, none of them could assist - timescale minimum 1 week wait to even look at my vehicle. I was recommended Garrison Garage, on arrival Dan was great, had a look at the van and said he would order the parts, the very next day the parts arrived from FORD and the job was done immediately, I explained I would probably have to hire a van, they went out of their way to help & saved me such a lot of hassle, I thoroughly recommend them and will be back!

If I could rate this place a 0/5 stars I would. Not only are the staff useless, but they’re rude, nasty and was no help.
I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They try and hold this power over you. They’re patronising and do not stick to their word. They’re over priced and their behaviour is disgusting. All of the staff are unprofessional and will do anything to take your money. Do NOT go here.
