Can someone please explain why it takes literally over over 50 phone calls to get one prescription sorted? Spent HOURS on hold. Constantly told to call back later or the next day to then be told the same thing. Everyone I've spoken to locally has the exact same problem! This has been going on for years now and C19 can't be blamed, the phone lines being down can't be blamed. Please, what is going on? Because as this point we simply don't have a doctors surgery! My mum had a chest infection this week, we couldn't get any response or contact at all apart from (call back tomorrow) luckily a friend has given us antibiotics (same brand and dose as she had before) but we shouldn't have to rely on hand outs from friends for somthing as simple as antibiotics! Please explain, what is going on? Should we move to another surgery? Because at this point. We don't have a doctor!

Unbelievably bad service. Five minutes of phone ringing then five minutes of music then back to five minutes of phone ringing again. Automation said I was number one in the queue. Fifteen minutes later I hung up because no-one answers. What a joke. It doesn't take more than a minute to give someone an appointment date so the person before me could not possibly have taken up 15 minutes on the phone to a receptionist. - A doctor will only see me for 10 minutes then I have to make another appointment but making an appointment could take forever. This system is broken and not fit for purpose.
This is a joke and will remain a sick joke until such time as it can get an appointment. If ever.

Why don't you pick up the phone? This is the 3rd time I've had to call 111 this year who have then had to call you on some magic number the public don't have. It shouldn't be this hard and take literal HOURS on the phone to get a single appointment.

They never answer the phone. And if they do you are told to call back tomorrow.
