Greg and his team were very helpful and professional throughout the process of arranging my Grandads funeral. It was such a comfort to have someone at the end of the phone to offer advice and guidance during such an upsetting period. Greg kept me regularly updated and guided me through every stage without pressure or feeling rushed which made the actual day stress free and allowed me to focus on family and friends.

Greg and his team offered a very personal service before, during and after the event that was second to none for my late Uncle Mike. He provided great reassurance with his handling of every detail including preparing us for what to expect on the day itself. The Lancaster Funeral Home felt like a warm, welcoming place where Mike was lovingly cared for. The order of service was expertly put together with helpful suggestions. Greg quietly and respectfully guided us on the day. Helen acted as celebrant and took great care in including many touching memories of Uncle Mike in his eulogy. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful family business.

After Greg and his team provided an excellent, professional and caring service for my dad back in 2020 there was only one team that would look after my mum.

From the initial phone call after my mum passed away to today when I collected her ashes the whole team have been fantastic. Thankfully, mum knew what she wanted - the same as dad- so the decisions on where and who should conduct the service was easy.

The phone calls to explain what was happening were of great comfort to us all.

I can not speak more highly of everyone, special thanks to Diane who supported me and my brothers through everything and Mike ( the celebrant) who conducted the most perfect service.

From the first meet with Greg, my family and I felt at ease. The team ensured the whole process of arranging my Mums funeral was stress free, and they took care of everything with great communication throughout. Greg connected us with a wonderful celebrant Alison after hearing a little about my mums life and personality, Alison was perfect, and there were many more personal touches from the team that we will be forever thankful for. At one of the most difficult times Greg and his team simplify everything, support and guide you , and on the day of the funeral provide an excellent service.
