We used Gates and Moloney as our Solicitors when buying our first flat and they were fantastic. They understood that we had not bought a property before and took the time to answer any queries we had. If I needed to call or email I got a response almost immediately every time. Just used Gates and Moloney again. This time to buy my house. It was a time sensitive sale with a lot of last minute legal complications which Helen Norton guided us through. What should have been a stressful 3 months was all tied up in 6 weeks. Could not be happier with their service.

Helping landlords to treat tenants badly. Lowest of the low and honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night. Avoid like the plague. Comparable to Amber Heard. Thanks for helping my landlord to treat me badly. My security deposit isn't even in a qualifying scheme and means I'm legally coming after you too.

Incredibly rude. Clearly wasn't interested when discussing a matter about one of their clients so just kept talking over me and then hung up on me leaving the matter unresolved. Tried calling back as I thought the call may have lost signal when she in fact admitting to hanging the phone up on me and did it again. Terrible service and to be honest one of the rudest 'professionals' I have ever dealt with. WOULD NOT USE EVER.

I used Gates and Moloney for a conveyance and another more complicated issue on a freehold/leasehold issue. They seemed to grasp the situation and got the job done. Albeit a bit slow but other factors affected.
