I have been with Geens since 2003 when I moved up from Kent. Geens deal with my and my wife's personal tax affairs as well as both of our businesses, so they have a great understanding of how we work and thus are able to advise effectively. On top of that, and despite mistakes on our part, they have always been patience and helpful. They have also saved us a small fortune with their in depth knowledge. Although we moved 120 miles away to Yorkshire, we retained their services as a result of their excellence and consistent services.

Dean had worked with my husband and I on a very complicated tax case and with a very short deadline (3 days). He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and supportive throughout the process. He managed to complete our business tax return and accompanying documents within this tight deadline. We highly recommend him.

Google requires at least a star to post a review hence the single star but if it was up to me, I'd leave zero stars. I've contacted them 3 times over the last week and they said they'll get back to me but never did. Today on my 4th attempt, the receptionist said she couldn't do anything else besides leave yet another message for the person who is "working from home". The rest of the country is working from home too but at least we respond to messages within a week! Ah well, perhaps business is so good for this lot that they don't need new clients.
