This is has been one of the best experiences of dealing with a business that I have ever had. I contacted Genius IT Solutions with a short term fairly complex IT support issue, that required a certain piece of software to complete. David was so amenable from the start. He did a couple of tests via email to check that he could complete the job. Once it was confirmed that he could, I delivered the files to him that needed working on, and within 24 hours the job was complete with precision and accuracy. I then sent a second lot of files to be worked on, and the return time was under two hours. It was incredible. It was service with a smile! I found the price to be very reasonable for the standard of support that was provided. David and the team are the nicest bunch of people out there, and they have provided me with customer service second to none. They are fantastic technically at what they do, and with dealing with the public. I am glad I found them. I would highly recommend them. I wish there were more businesses out there that performed to this standard -brilliant guys. Thank you.

The help received from Thomas & David has been amazing. We needed to change over our email platform from a previous provider and had no idea where to start. The support in making this change was 5* - in literally a matter of hours everything had been switched over and was up and running perfectly. David also followed up with us a few weeks later to ensure that we were still running with no issues which really shows how much they care & value their customers.
