Lovely Dental nurse. She was so quick at checking and doing X-rays. All the other staff are nice and welcoming. Puts my son at ease as he isn’t keen on the dentist. Overall lovely experience for him

I had to have a tooth extraction so I was a bit nervous. The lady dentist was so reassuring and explained what she was doing. She was very polite,friendly and caring witch helped me a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We have always had a great experience coming here, well worth the 45 minute drive!

All staff are polite and helpful, we have never had a bad visit.

We saw a new dentist yesterday (dental therapist I believe, sorry I forgot her name) she was absolutely wonderful with myself and my 9 year old son, as was the dental nurse, explaining everything, including next steps/future plans for treatment needed.

I'm not particularly fearful of going to a dentist. Afterall, the fact one has to have mouth open and are at the mercy of the professional ability of the dentist is something we all have to face.
However, the care I receive is extremly important to me.

I can honestly say on each occasion that I have attended. The staff in every aspect have treated me with the highest level of consideration.

Each treatment has been carried out pain free and in record time.

So, to suffer only the fact of feeling like you have an over grown apple in your mouth along with the subconscious worry of thinking i might be dribbling, is nothing compared to what they have to do to administer treatment.

Absolutely 1st class service. 👏

I was pleased to be offered at short notice 2 cancelled appointments to sort out my denture, they were only a matter of 5-10 minutes but they mean a massive reduction in time awaiting my new denture. And the ability to chew properly.
My new dentist is a delight and a blizzard of efficiency.
Greatly appreciate these short but crucial treatments.

I have been a private patient with Genix Market Weighton for 6 years now. Out of 5 appointments 3 have been cancelled at short notice. The last one with 45 minutes notice. They charged my wife for an "emergency appointment" that was booked 2 weeks in advance. They often do not answer phones. Reception is unhelpful, verging on rude sometimes. I have also been sent emails threatening reduced service is I do not book regular checkups. Considering the high prices for private service I am taking my business elsewhere.

The team went absolutely above and beyond, from managing to see me as an emergency, to getting a colleague to come back to work to sort me a prescription. Never had a bad experience here, but this one was notably excellent.

Great care from my Dentist yesterday. I don't like fillings or the injections, but I didn't feel either. I get good advice and the dentist involves me in decisions about looking after my teeth.
