Elliot appears to be the only person working for this company, and is listed as a director for several other similar companies. We paid him to engage a conveyancer and 'order' searches for our property purchase. Over 5 months later the searches still haven't appeared. At the 3 month mark and after endless unanswered calls and messages to him from ourselves (even whilst I was in labour) and the solicitor that he engaged, we had to pay again for the conveyancer to do the searches which cost another £600, a lot of unnecessary delays, stress and nearly lost us the property we were purchasing. Elliot finally replied after we paid for further searches to say we shouldn't have ordered new searches and that it's not within his company's policy to refund (it being his company and him being the only broker). Disgusting behaviour. Watch out for his other companies. Reported to trading standards but people like him will have and open up several other businesses to scam people from. As he isn't a professional this is all totally unregulated.

The service I received from Wayne, Jonny and Oli was simply awesome. From start to finish they explained every step of the transaction to me. Last time I moved house it was one of the most stressful experiences, but having the Conceige team at Getmemoving on the case made the whole experience pleasurable. If you find moving stressful - make sure you give these guys a call! They are helpful, knowledgeable, funny and pretty easy on the eye too 😉
