Kerry has been brilliant since the day I started my counselling sessions with her. She is so warm and friendly and has made me feel comfortable from day one. We’ve been able to talk about all of the things that have been on my mind and really work through how to deal with them and coping strategies. I feel so much better and have a clearer head now after talking through my issues. I’m coming to the end of my sessions now and feel very grateful for the help she’s given me over the past couple of months. Thank you so much Kerry!

Kerry was the perfect counsellor. I had a rough time over the past couple of years due to the death of my mother and things happening at work and she helped me through the grieving process and enabled me to make sense of it all.

Our appointments were all via the telephone which allowed me to really focus on the words that were being said. I was always given time to articulate and Kerry went through various strategies which I've been able to develop.

This has been a fantastic experience for me and I'm feeling positive and optimistic going forward.

The next couple of Appointments were always booked in advance so there wasn't a long wait for the next one.

I first met Kerry at Glister counselling approximately 10 years ago. At that time I didn't know what I was letting myself in for as I'd not had the greatest experience with counselling previously. However, Kerry instantly put me at ease, and was extremely patient with me. She showed compassion, a wealth of knowledge, and skills around the theraputic work we could do together to help me get through some very challenging times and unhealthy relationships.
Fast forward approximately 10 years and I have chosen to return to do some work with Kerry with a different focus this time round. During my first session back, we talked about how I could benefit from Kerry's therapeutic input based on the strong platform I feel I have from the previous work with her. I was taken a back with the memory recall Kerry had from previous work and it has made it so much easier to get back into therapy. Kerry provides a safe space which enables me to express myself without judgement, and be pushed out of my comfort zone to work towards being able to change patterns of thoughts and behaviours. Within this safe space at Glister there is no less than 100% dedication to guide me to overcome challenges, and feel empowered for self growth. I would highly recommend this service.
