Emailed this company 4 weeks ago to ask for assistance to do a simple tax return for this year. Only just replied to say they are unable to assist with the matter. No explanation from Louise at all. Rude really. A simple explanation as to why they cannot help would have been good enough. Poor customer service. I have no hesitation on looking elsewhere. My custom was obviously not good enough. Little jobs lead to bigger jobs. There would have been plenty of work coming your way but I will go elsewhere. Don’t bother in hiring this firm.

I can't recommend Godfrey Holland enough especially Louise. She is so lovely and puts you at ease straight away. Nothing is to much trouble going out of her way to explain things in detail. At times I've said this is a silly question but she made me feel nothing was silly to ask if it made me understand my tax better. She has made my scary tax return feel like a breeze ?. Truly lovely lady.
