Brilliant service provided from Mark and his team; the Homebuyers survey was carried out promptly and feedback was delivered very shortly after. I am conflicted about the number of stars to give here, I think it would be about two and a half actually. The survey that Mr. Roofe did for me was good, informative and thorough. I was very pleased with it. However, four weeks after the survey had been done I had heard nothing. I contacted Mr. Roofe by email, and he replied two days later apologising that it had 'slipped off our list' but he would now send it if I paid up. I duly paid up and did not hear anything more for a further two days, when the survey finally arrived by email. After having read through it very carefully, there were a couple of points I wanted to clarify so I sent a further email. I'm still waiting, nearly two weeks later, for a response to this. So, quality of work, fine; quality of communication, extremely poor.
