This company may be fine if you’re a large company, but the service for individual customers is appalling. Waiting a year for a response from a tax ‘expert’ as to why HMRC and they varied in their assessments (to the tune of thousands), whilst being presented with bimonthly bills for bad service, really takes the biscuit. Unapologetic poor service deserves zero stars. Alas, you have to leave a one star review to warn off future customers.

I would not recommend this firm. Despite having a 4+ year relationship as my tax representatives and providing me assurances that they would file the final statements once the dissolution of the company occured, they are not fulfilling their commitment. Their conduct is not only disappointing, unprofessional but has clearly created dispair, since I can not properly document the dissolution of my corporation.
