Simon Chaplin and Greenstones are the best Accountants in Peterborough. They have provided lots of information to me regards Ltd company accounts, Vat, tax planning and business consultancy via online meetings, groups and much more.
The usual professional, timely, knowledgeable & supportive accountant spring to mind. Yet far over and above that, you have a genuine person who cares about the clients more than himself. Greenstones are impressive in every way that they interact with their clients and community as a whole. Yes, they're clearly leaders in their field, but it's not just their expertise that defines them. It's also the little things. How they explain everything clearly and openly and with good humour. How they do work in the community. The drinks menu you're given in every meeting. Even the sign in reception that says they'll be with you in no more than 7.8 seconds when you ring the bell! Attention to detail, amazing service and clear communication all boils down to one thing - they think and care about their clients. Rare in this day and age.
