Receptionists are always really lovely helpful, can sometimes be a long wait when calling but understand that can't always be helped.
All doctors, nurses and pharmacists I've spoken to or seen have been really good.

I have been registered at this surgery for over 20 years and never had an issue. All of doctors have been fine and getting appointments has never been an issue. The nurses are also helpful and provide a valuable service.

However, there is an issue with the Reception. They are too quick to dismiss patient queries. They 'hear' what you are saying but don't 'listen', to the point where they are rude and dismissive.

I asked a simple question, why my NHS app was quoting that my test results were saying, the Surgery had discussed the blood test results with me when they definitely hadn't. The receptionist started disputing what was on my phone, saying that what they had on their system was different, but would't listen when I suggested it was wrong to put statements on my medical records that were wrong. I was told it was nothing to do with her and if I wanted it changing to complain.

After being at another local surgery for 30 years and experienced the awful decline in its care and organisation I moved after much thought to Wyncroft and am so pleased I did. The receptionists are so polite, friendly and helpful. If you need a face to face appointment it is arranged. Thank you for your care.
