My wife and I were buying a property in Crewe. The conveyancing process was smooth and worked well on the Hall Smith Whittingham app. Unfortunately when the survey came back, there were so many serious issues we had no choice but to withdraw from the sale. Emma Spender was so helpful at this stage and treated us very professionally and fairly. Our first attempt at buying a house didn’t end well and we learned some valuable lessons, but we will try again and when we find somewhere new, we will be returning to Hall Smith Whittingham.

Although the conveyance was completed within 3 months , which was good we were disappointed with the lack of contact with your team. As we have not sold a house for 38 years we were unaware of the process and felt that we needed more verbal contact with your team.
The whole process was not made clear to us, as we were unaware of the step by step process. Obviously every part of the process was completed on line, but we would have preferred verbal contact.
Your completion app has not worked at all, it is today showing that the sale has not been completed.
