Andrew was exceptional in helping us to buy the house of our dreams! He is very professional but also knowledgeable of the area, especially as it was new to us moving from London. He was very patient with us looking around and able to answer any questions we had. Amazing communication and aways a telephone call away which helped us move everything along really quickly. As buyers he was really fair and honest as well helping us to find a genuine property that matches us perfectly. He was also really transparent around price and helped us all the way with offers to completion to get things over the line. Excellent service from Hamptons Estate Agents, Marlborough. Having sold our home of 30 years we were shown a beautiful property by Agent Andrew Llywelyn. I cannot fault the service I received from Hamptons in any way. I was really impressed with the way I was communicated with, any promise to get back to me was kept, and as our buyers lived abroad and in a different time zone this was not an easy task. Sending the staff to the house before the property was marketed was a great idea, it meant the staff actually knew what they were talking about.
