"I’ve had a disappointing experience with this service. Despite contacting them multiple times—over four calls in the past two weeks—there has been a clear lack of communication. Important information has not been passed on, and I’ve felt ignored, particularly given the seriousness of my housing situation. I expected a more considerate and efficient response, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case."

I had a pending appeal hearing where I needed legal representation. I was fortunate to have come across Haringey Law Centre. Their service is second to none with great staff. My case was handled by the exceptional Christopher, the legal consultant and barrister which proved much care, attentiveness and success at a dire time. I am pleased for the successful outcome. Not sure how people have given any stars and even my 1 is too many. Just damn rude staff, for people who are vulnerable and struggle i cannot overstate how important it is to avoid this organisation - approach at your own risk. As a professional, I will never refer anyone to your organisation again.

Been waiting here since 3pm and waiting no service. Receptionist very rude. Only person who has a excellent service Christopher is away. There's nobody updating or apology for the wait. State of the seating place unbelievable

I went for help about 2 MONTHS ago an was seen by Ms Hussain who told me that she would contact me in a couple of days (2) to sign paperwork for her to carry on with the help i required which I never received a contact from her! So I rang back 2 weeks later an asked to speak to Ms Hussain an the receptionist said she would let her no (still didn't contact me)...So a further 2 weeks later I rang back an was told by the receptionist she would ring me back that day an never COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Haringey Law centre truly helped me out in my time of need. I was stuck living in a bedsit for 16 and a half years, with no help and no hope. despite being in the middle of the lockdown, they helped me through it all. Thalia was my legal representative, and she was amazing. It took a year or so due to then pandemic and everything being done by phone and email, but they won my case against the housing office, and I was housed less than 3 months after the decision. I now live in a great one bedroom flat in a nice area.
I am forever thankful to the Haringey Law centre and Thalia as it really was the last chance saloon for me. The whole service was free, they are awesome!

I was my first time visiting. I was blown away with the kindness of the people that works there.. I was really expecting so much food. They gave choices, of what you would like and eat. They enquire about the household if children would like to participate in music lessons, cooking activities etc. It was brilliant all round. Very excellent .
