Roland came to our house to make our wills and POAs which make the process easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us good advice to protect our assets. I used Harratts to make out a new Will. Sarah came to my house, I didn't want to make out a Will online or on the phone. Sarah went through everything with me and gave me loads of information which helped me decide on sharing my estate. The service was very straightforward and the fee was very reasonable.

What an amazing service from the team at Harratts. All the staff that we spoke to throughout were always so helpful. Lisa Ogden dealt with my mum. She treated my mum with such respect throughout the whole time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always showed care and consideration when dealing with my mum and all her needs. My mum could ask as many questions as she needed, and Lisa always took the time to explain things patiently - nothing was too much trouble. We have nothing but praise for Harratts. You don’t often find companies that work so competently, professionally, yet also show such care, concern and consideration for their clients, so a big thank you to Lisa and the team at Harratts.

Marc was very professional in the way he handled the making of my will. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood all the relevant Implications of the legalities involved. I would certainly recommend the company, as they are willing to come to you, as opposed to the other way round, which does make life easier.
