We have been using Harts for many, many years and somehting that we do in our businesses that Harts always do too - you are not a number or a faceless client . You are an actual person and they get to know you and if you call, they know exactly who you need to speak to on your various issues.
They have experts in all the different fields of accountancy all in the same building.
They also have monthly webinars. Todays was excellent! (you know the mate in the pub that knows it all. He doesn't!) Here we got the actual facts. Brilliant!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Mr. Glicher's accounting firm. In my experience and opinion, the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for professional guidelines displayed by this firm is truly concerning.

First and foremost, my experience in dealing with Harts and Mr Glicher has been incredibly poor and unprofessional.

I HAVE ALSO RAISED CONCERNS ABOUT POTENTIAL BREACHES OF ICAEW GUIDELINES AND SHALL UPDATE MY REVIEW ONCE I HAVE OBTAINED FURTHER INFORMATION.

Given my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this accounting firm at all costs. In my opinion, the firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and adherence to professional guidelines. Please consider my warning and look elsewhere for accounting services.
