Andrew Holland is uneducated and unprofessional. Coincidentally he is “busy/unreachable” when you need to contact him and isn’t supportive or understanding in situations. Paid top money for a “top solicitor” and received poor and unpleasant service. Google gave me better advice and that’s free 😉 save your money go elsewhere or just do opposite to what your told to do by hatchers ha.

Quite simply the worst solicitors/business I have ever come across. I appointed Hatchers to represent me in a litigation dispute with my ex partner. I paid for a meeting in preparation for my second letter in which I stated my intentions/instructions and specifically requested they include in the letter. The second letter they produced for me was in my opinion, horrific. A one and a half page A4 letter contained 12 spelling and grammar mistakes, ignored the specific instructions I had given them in my meeting, contained information totally inaccurate to that of which I had provided them and to top it off they copy and pasted a paragraph from the first letter that held absolutely no relevance - and had this gone across would have been highly embarrassing. As a result I lost all faith and had to move solicitors which had a further financial impact getting them up to speed.

I lodged an official complaint with Hatchers and the response I got was nothing short of arrogant and insulting, in my opinion. I am now pursuing compensation through the Ombudsman. I hope that my review can save others such a bad experience.
