I should say my life was completely changed because of one careless effort by the solicitor. I got an emergency order of PSO but the last minute the solicitor said they can't represent me at the court leaving me vulnerably at the court on my own. Judge mentioned in the court that for legal aid - there will be an emergency funding system for these circumstances. But they only replied to judge any decisions will be unfair which made the judge to feel annoyed! I was placed on PSO March 2022 and still in force and I'm struggling not able to travel anywhere with my child. ?
