Iwona didn’t just explain the mortgage process to us; she broke it down in such a way that even we felt like financial wizards by the end. When the lender initially said "nope" to our property, Iwona turned it around and convinced them otherwise — absolute magic! Not only that, but she found us a deal that STILL beats what’s out there in the market.

What really stood out was her stellar communication skills. She managed our solicitor (who, let's just say, wasn’t the easiest to wrangle!) and kept everything on track, even when our transaction dragged out for eight long months.
