Just wanted to leave a quick review as I've just completed my purchase today and Kayleigh has been brilliant. It's the first time I've managed to complete a sale/purchase without calling the solicitor once to chase.

We had one stage of investigating around a management company and Kayleigh sorted it so quickly compared to my previous experience. I thought the whole experience of using King & Partners in Downham to sell and then Hayes & Storr as a solicitor has been brilliant!

The only service I'd like to see is the opportunity to pay a small fee for protection should a sale/purchase fall through. Despite everything going absolutely fine, it was always a slight worry that I'd rather been able to cover just in case (my previous house sale had 3 buyers drop out for example).
