Fantastic service, advice and expertise. We have booked some absolutely amazing holidays through Hays. Amanda is great so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly as are all the staff. Eric, well he helped us with all our paperwork during the pandemic travelling to Sri lanka. Simply could not have done it by ourselves. We have recently returned from Sandals Jamaica. Had a great time. Amanda contacted us on the day of leaving to ask if we needed her to check us in. even remembered to do the same while we were in Jamaica on the day we returned, just amazing professionalism . Unfortunately our flight was cancelled. We were stuck, but Amanda gave us great advice and helped us get compensation after we struggled. Honestly. Never book direct if you think you are saving. You won't and you will have so much more peace of mind knowing you are in good hands if things go wrong sometimes.

Terrible recruitment. Had to go through so many hoops just to get a contact, almost didn't pay for annual leave, THEY SELL YOUR DATA ONLINE! (I'm not lying about this, since I got one job with these guys I've just had spam calls for literally days upon days, I had to block over 40+ calls during the duration of my period with the company, it's horrendous). Worse recruitment agency just like the others.
