Hi, I came into store this morning to collect my Icelandic krona, there was a young girl on the currency exchange, she was an apprentice, sorry didn't catch her name, I just want to say she did a fantastic job, her customer service was outstanding, she will be a great asset to your team. Tried to collect euros but was not acknowledged after walking in. Waited over 15 mins and still no acknowledgement so I had to walk out and leave. I don't mind if someone is busy but there were plenty of other staff there and not one said anything to me or tried to rectify the situation. Maybe they should focus on just selling holidays? I wanted to support my local travel agency but it was not possible and I will not go back.

First time I have used a travel agent and will be the last. Asked for a holiday for a family if 4 with 2 children. Hotel was great but the location was not at all suitable for anyone with a pulse to be frank. Nothing in the arwa at all to do and was a dedesolate village. Awful holiday
