DON'T use their mortgage services.

They'll be extremely slow to reply and they'll let your fixed rate expire leaving you on the hook for a few months. My mortgage went from £900 to £1900 as I got put on variable rate.

They had 8 months to sort it out!

Now I'm in debt and my credit score was severely impacted!

Update: Raised a formal complaint - was sent to their "independent" complaints handling called Resolve Legal and of course I was in the wrong by not spotting their wrong dating of 1st of November.
