I can recommend this company as the one you can really trust. Ian and his team provided us with highly professional, reliable and friendly service on our house purchase and conveyancing matters. Our case seemed complex, but Ian made it simple for us. He was incredibly patient, thorough and transparent when explaining things to us, hence, making everything easy to understand. Ian not only provided his legal expertise in transferring the ownership of a property from a seller to us, but he also was advising us on wider issues such as complications we might face should we decide to sell our investment property in the future. Instructed for a leasehold sale after accepting an offer. Only after 2 days of all completed forms sent back do they say for random and unsubstantiated reasons (fire survey which building does not need) that they refuse to act for me and find an alternative.

Warning to any leasehold clients, don’t waste your time. Caused me almost a week delay in my sale.

Rupert and the team were amazing from start to finish. We had a really difficult sell with 5 drop outs. The only part that went smoothly was the solicitors. Everything was always done, I never had to chase. I will definitely use any member of staff at HCB again

Amazing service from HCB Legal, Bianaca did a fantastic job completing the purchase for my most recent investment property, there were a fair few challenges but she worked hard to sort these in a fast and efficient manner. We have used HCB solicitors a few times now
We dealt with Chris and Rupert on an Auction house so very short window to complete excellent service always available when needed.
Then Bianca for a commercial property that was hit with every obstacle you could imagine Bianca was fantastic all the way through.
every email We sent was answered quickly and efficiently every time we rung we got Bianca to answer any questions we had and we had a lot, if we needed to speak face to face always available on short notice.
