The things these parasites will do for money is absolutely disgusting.

Myself and my partner just got the keys to our first home thanks to Rachael at HCB! We were recommended to appoint Rachael Howe as our solicitor by our mortgage adviser and I'm really pleased we did.
Everything was well communicated at every stage, we weren't involved in anything we didn't need to be so that kept the stress to a minimum. Everything went through smoothly and HCB were very proactive and ready to answer any queries or alleviate any concerns we had. The process was really quick too, from appointing HCB mid February, to picking up our keys at the start of April. At no point did I feel like we'd not been kept up to date, the phone was always answered and if Rachael wasn't available, her assistant Dean was equally helpful. Highly recommended and although we've no plans to move any time soon, we'll be in touch when the time comes!
