Really happy with Heart of England Tree Services. Craig and Adam cut back and lopped a large row of conifers in our back garden. Really easy to arrange, responsive, good price, friendly, understanding with no pressure. A really tidy, professional service. Will ask them back next year to trim them. Happy to recommend them.

It’s not everyday you come across professionals who are pleasant, kind, and great value for money. Luckily I’ve stumbled across the heart of England tree services and they’ve surpassed any expectations I could have had for them. The turn around time and the quality of work was absolutely great value for money!
There are a lot of tree surgeons around who over charge for the bare minimum and you won’t get that with Craig and his team. The most cost of effective tree surgeon in Birmingham hands down!!

*Great value, Great team and Professional service*

Absolutely brilliant! I got these guys in to cut back and trim various seriously overgrown laurels, rhododendrons and trees on our private estate, Little Aston Park. After visiting their website I could tell it’s more than a job to these guys. Their equipment is second to none including a cherry picker which was one of the reasons I chose them for the high access that was required. The team went beyond what was required to ensure the end product looked the part – clearly taking pride in their work! What impressed me was after they had trimmed with machinery, other members of his team carefully followed trimming with hand secateurs to ensure the finish was spot on. It took them longer than expected but the price was as per quote. Furthermore they gave us ideas and advise with regards to shaping and blending the laurels to give a more natural flowing and sculptured look. We are extremely happy with their work and would recommend them. They may be busy but are worth the wait!

Craig and his team came to pollard the limbs of a tree overhanging my property. The response time was very quick. They were all punctual, professional and polite, and got the job done. On my request, they kindly chopped and left the wood for me. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service that Heart of England Tree Services has provided over the last 2 days. The job was very challenging in terms of it's close proximity to the railway lines with large over hanging branches that needed careful consideration when cutting down. Heart of England Tree Services delivered a stellar job when other companies had declined to do this work because of the issues in regards to the railway line. Craig, Charlie and Adam have been an absolute joy to work with and I would highly recommend their services to others.

After missing for 24 hours we discovered our much loved family cat stranded in a very tall tree in the local park. Fire services and rspca were absolutely no help and after waiting for them for 7 hours we were determined not to let our beloved feline (who was very distressed at this point) spend another night out in the sticks. Craig, Adam and Tom came out within 2 hours of my call, literally like a Marvel gang and got to work immediately. These guys don't mess around, they know their trees, they got their equipment together and were up there like a shot. Within a short space of time we were reunited with our cat. The skill, efficiency and determination of these guys was worth the price tag. They actually care about animals and for that they are nothing short of heroes for our kids tonight.
