Excellent service from Dan and his team with efficient regular, annual maintenance. Also Dan responded quickly to two breakdowns and made a diagnosis of the problem over the phone so I could call in the appropriate local trade professional to quickly remedy this issue. He then provided guidance as needed and made sure that the system was working correctly.

Heat Pump Tech have provided consistently excellent service over the last few years. I am particularly impressed with their speed of response to any queries. I have had quick email responses and site visits when I have had issues with my ground source heat pump. I have met a few members of the team and they have all been knowledgeable and helpful. They worked really hard in the winter to get my heating and water back up and running. I would highly recommend them.

A power cut today knocked out my heatpump. A quick call to Dan at Heatpump Tech (out of hours) had me back up and running straight away. Only dealt with Heatpump Tech twice, today and once for regular servicing, and customer service both occasions was exemplary.

my ground source heating pack up, and Heat pump tech have been brilliant, having no heating or hot water they got an engineer Ben out to us, very quickly our pump needed replacing, and again they sourced one the next day and had it shipped to my address and Sam was there first thing the next day to install it. Both engineers were friendly and experienced and did a fab job.
I also want to give a big shout out to Jo Nelson-Bell who is front of office and to acknowledge her great customer service skills, she went above and beyond to help myself. I would not hesitate to use Heat pump Tech again and would highly recommend

We are really pleased with system installed.
After getting a few prices we decided to go with Heat Pump Tech mainly because they were easy to talk to, very informative, not pushing for a sale.
Mainly dealing with James, he visited a few times to show how the installation process would be carried out. Everything was installed on time without a hitch.
We had one slight issue afterwards, which was nothing to do with installation, a small faulty part, Josh came out the day after and rectified the problem.
For me, after sales service is as important as the first installation and Heat Pump Tech get 10 out of 10 for that.
We would definitely recommend the company without hesitation.
