Jack has been invaluable and supportive throughout our challenging house extension project. From the beginning, he helped us in the design phase to achieve the floating corner bifold doors, which will be a great feature of our house, and he responded to numerous questions from the contractor. Lately, we have faced issues due to mistakes by the contractors, such as head height in our loft conversion, and we needed to rework some of the design. So again, we turned to Jack for assistance, during which his pragmatism and flexibility were much appreciated, along with his help in identifying a great contractor to conduct some of the re-work, with Jack spending time onsite to ensure everything went according to plan. I would absolutely recommend Jack and will undoubtedly call upon his services again in the future.

We contacted jack while looking at new houses. We found one we liked however we were concerned at some cracking and subsidence on an external brick wall. Jack came out to view the house with us and helped us to make a decision moving forward. Would recommend highly

Jack visited me promptly after I first contacted him with concerns about cracks in my concrete floor, found when lifting the carpet. He studied the cracks themselves, other parts of the house both inside and outside, along with local neighbourhood factors. He shared his findings immediately at the visit and followed this up by a written detailed report. I would recommend to others.
