We took part in Helen's 'Deep Dive' 2-hour coaching and were really impressed with how the session went. Having had a little bad business coaching before, I was dubious about how this would go. However, Helen smashed it, she listened to all our pain points, gave us constructive advice and made us feel confident that we could achieve our goals. We loved the activity she set for us, which involved writing down all the tasks we do in our working day and then ranking them based on what we loved and disliked. It was a real eye-opener, and we discussed what tasks could be delegated to others or streamlined. She also gave us advice on how to handle difficult situations with clients and suppliers. At the end of the session, we were fired up to make changes, and we have now booked another focused session with Helen. Highly recommend Helen and her services.

I worked with Helen as my Deputy Head for 8 years. I was already empolyed at the school when Helen joined us. From the moment Helen arrived she oozed professionalism with staff, parents/carers and students alike. Her academic knowledge and expertise inline with the ability to deliver very well consistently shone through. Helens planning and execution is exemplary. Students and staff were motivated by Helens ability to lead from the top inline with understanding the needs of all. Her expertise in the classroom was evident. The respect held by students and staff for Helen was immense. Heads of Faculty would be keen to have Helen as their line manager, students were as keen to have her as their teacher. Her knowledge of the subject shes teaching, as well as her manner whilst teaching fosters a great environment for learning. Helen is an inspirational speaker, to large and small groups or 1 to 1. Her manner is always calm and collected, even when under pressure. Helens work ethic is exemplarly, problem solving for her is a real strength. I have personally been to Helen after disappointment at work or when unsure which path to choose or how to move forward. Speaking with Helen in this scenario ends in a positive outcome whether that be with a fresh plan, a reframing of your mindset or reinforcing your own priorities. Helens diverse experience of students and staff needing support/guidance is a bank of knowledge which can not be learnt through courses or reading, its about understanding different types of people and their needs across a range of ages, of which, many different goals and outcomes would be desired, she will find your way with you. Helen is a fantastic practioner who is a master of her craft. Her academic knowledge and people skill set combined equals someone who naturally inspires all.
