I would definitely recommend Henchleys. I used Kevin for sorting probate for a relative and Stephanie for selling a property, on both occasions they were very friendly in providing a really excellent service. I would not consider ever using another solicitor.

Based on a simple enquiry as to whether they hold a particular will, to which no-one has responded in over 24 hours, I would not recommend this solicitors firm for customer service. No time-frame given, despite two calls. One star for answering the phone, which I suppose they have to do - it might be a new instruction ?

Henchleys Solicitors dealt with our house sale in August 2019, I cannot speak too highly of the firm or of Lisa Hunt, the conveyancer. Lisa dealt with the complications that arose with ease and was always polite and on the ball. Importantly, for us, she always answered the phone when we called or rang back immediately she was free. This was the second time we used Henchleys for a house transaction and we will do so again when the need arises.
