I had an issue with my car that required diagnostics to be completed, Making the reservation was easy and checking in online was an excellent facility. Marchwood Ford were very open with the cost of the diagnostics which I really appreciated.
My car required some system updates which were completed without extra costs being charged. When collecting my car, the member of staff who greeted me in the office gave me a very detailed explanation of what was found and what steps were taken to correct the issues I was experiencing.
Overall it was a very efficient, friendly, professional experience.

Full marks to Marchwood servicing so much easier for the customer than the more overcrowded dealerships which offer servicing in the area. As a smaller set up it works well with a speedy and efficient service. You are treated well and the staff are cheerful.

Although a small service centre, Marchwood Ford showed exceptional customer service and efficiency. The advisor was very courteous and kept me informed of the process very well. The technician got involved immediately to try to remedy the problem which was finished the same day. I would highly recommend them.

If I could zero stars I would. A member of my family took their car to this place, for an MOT and service, the car has none stop problems since.

No communication. They do not care. Kept my car for over a week.
I paid £198 for a diagnosis but that did not fix the problem. All they do for diagnosis is plug in a bit of kit. Some garages charge £20, others £100 - any figure will do.
I made 22 calls to the garage, but not once did reception contact me. They didn’t even apologise for the delay.
Why did they take 8 days to replace two small parts (a pump and a switch)? TRY ANYWHERE ELSE.
I contacted Ford Head office, but all I got is a standard corporate reply. Hendy Ford are a franchise, do Ford corporate could not help.

We were on holiday from Essex in the New Forrest, and had car trouble. Most car service repair shops were not intrested ( including some Ford dealerships) Hendy in Marchwood took our car in for two days , gave us a courtesy car to use too , we got our car back all repaired,, 5* service
